The Champagne Fountain

Look closely at how the water flows from the bottles held by the rats. The engineers designed the nozzles so the water wouldn't come out clear and liquid, but white, frothy, and aerated. The goal is to make it look like real champagne foam continuously overflowing, not just plain tap water.
