Plan sharing is a paid feature of the Agent plan that lets you invite the people who visit the park with you into your itinerary. Everyone follows the same activities, times and route — and you always know who has accepted the invitation.
Step by step
Share your plan
Sharing your plan requires the Agent plan. The share button — a users icon — lives inside the plan itself, and from there you control exactly who can see your itinerary.
- Open the plan you want to share.
- Tap the share button (the users icon).
- If you don’t have the Agent plan, the app shows you how to upgrade before you continue.
Invite someone
Sharing works by email invitation. You type the email of the person you want to share the plan with, send the invitation, and the recipient appears in your list with a Pending status. When they accept, the status changes to Accepted, so you always know who’s in.
- Type the email of the person you want to share with.
- Tap Send — the recipient gets an invitation by email.
- Check the status in your list: it shows Pending first.
- When the person accepts, the status changes to Accepted.
The recipient’s view
On the recipient’s side, the shared plan appears in their plans list with a New badge. When they open it, they see the same columns, activities, times and route as you — exactly the itinerary you built.

Tips
- Sharing requires the Agent plan: if plan sharing is what you need, check the subscription guide to see the difference between Premium and Agent.
- Keep an eye on the statuses: you always see who has accepted and who is still pending, so you can follow up before the trip.
- Share before you leave: send the invitation early so everyone arrives at the park with the same plan ready to follow.
