Plan overview

Check your day at a glance: time blocks, wait times, walking times and PDF export.

The plan overview turns your itinerary into a clear dashboard: each day in its own column, every activity with its expected wait, and the walking time between stops calculated for you. This tutorial shows you how to read it, track your progress and export the final plan.

Step by step

Your plans

Everything starts in the Plans section, where all your visit plans are listed as cards. From there you select the plan you want to work on, and the day-by-day organization begins.

  1. Open the Plans section.
  2. Browse your plan cards — one per trip or family.
  3. Tap the plan you want to open.

Your day in time blocks

Inside the plan, days are arranged in a horizontal carousel. Each day is an independent column with its own activities, divided into time blocks: morning, midday, afternoon and evening. Swiping between columns lets you move from one day to the next without losing your place.

  1. Swipe the horizontal carousel to move between days.
  2. Look at how each column is split into blocks: Morning, Midday, Afternoon and Evening.
  3. Each activity sits inside its block, so you can see your day’s rhythm at a glance.

Activity cards

Every activity is a card packed with information. You see the estimated wait time with the same color code you already know from the map, the suggested time to visit, the exact location inside the park and the estimated duration of the experience.

  1. Check the colored wait circle on each card — green, yellow or red.
  2. Read the suggested visit time for that activity.
  3. Note the location and the estimated duration.
  4. Use the action buttons on the card to open details, mark it done or move it.

Walking times

Between two activities you will see a small footprint icon with a number like 8 min · 450 m. That is the walking time and distance between the end of one activity and the start of the next, calculated with real routes inside the park.

  1. Look for the footprint icon between activity cards.
  2. Read the walking time and distance — for example 8 min · 450 m.
  3. Use it to plan realistic transitions between far-apart areas.

Complete, export and check

During the day you can keep your plan alive: tap the check icon on a card and the activity is crossed out with an effect, perfect for tracking your progress in the park. When the plan is complete, tap Export PDF to carry it printed or share it with your group.

  1. Tap the check icon on an activity to mark it as done — the card is crossed out.
  2. When the plan is final, tap Export PDF.
  3. Confirm the export — the PDF includes your full itinerary for printing or sharing.

The full activity card

Even more detail is one tap away: open any activity and a side drawer slides in with the complete card. You get the same information you see on the map — description, photo gallery, ratings and the hourly popular-times forecast — without leaving your plan.

  1. Tap any activity card.
  2. The side drawer opens with the full activity info.
  3. Review the description, photo gallery and ratings.
  4. Check the popular times chart to pick the best moment to visit.

A calm, organized day

With your day laid out in blocks, every wait time visible and every walk accounted for, the plan gives you a calm, organized day: no stress, no endless queues. You know what comes next and how long it will take to get there.

  1. Review the full day: blocks, waits and walking times.
  2. Adjust anything that feels rushed before you arrive.
  3. Head to the park with your plan ready to follow.

Tips

  • Mark activities as you go: tapping the check icon as you complete each stop keeps your day honest and shows you what is really left to do.
  • Export the PDF before you leave: having the plan printed or in a PDF means you never depend on your connection inside the park.
  • Use the walking times when ordering your day: checking the footprint between stops helps you group activities that are close to each other instead of criss-crossing the park.
